We currently focus our services exclusively on the United Kingdom. All terms and conditions in this policy apply to orders placed for delivery within this region.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are processed once payment verification is complete.
Transit Time: 8–10 business days (Monday–Friday). This is the estimated time required for delivery after dispatch.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–13 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing without surprises. Therefore, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

9. Issues with Delivery
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue.
